This course is aimed at foster carers who are taking care of a Sikh child and who don't share the same religion. It will help you understand more about Sikhism, the key things that Sikh people observe, and how to support the child to maintain and develop their Sikh identity.

In this course, you will learn about
- Sikhism, its history, its main observances and main religious holidays.
- How to help a child maintain and develop their Sikh identity.
- How to protect them from racism, bullying.
- Elements to consider when raising a multi-cultural family.
